Document Pickup and Drop Terms and Condition.

1. Document Readiness & Location
   
   Customers are kindly requested to ensure all required documents, as advised by our Sales Team, are fully prepared and available at the provided location at the scheduled time.
2. Service Selection & Pricing
   
   The service type—either Pickup Only or Pickup and Drop—must be clearly indicated on the invoice or quotation. The standard charge for Pickup and Drop is indicated in your quotation or invoice.
3. Payment Requirement
   
   Full payment must be received before the service is initiated—i.e., prior to dispatch for either document pickup or delivery.
4. Non-Refundable Service
   
   Once the invoice is issued and payment is made, the Pickup and Drop service fee is non-refundable, as it covers committed logistics and scheduling arrangements.
5. Service Coverage & Timelines
• For locations in Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, an additional service fee applies.
• Regardless of order timing, pickup/drop requests for these emirates will be fulfilled on the next working day.
6. Same-Day Pickup Eligibility
• Requests placed and confirmed before 11:00 AM (local time) will be scheduled for same working day pickup, subject to document readiness.
• Requests placed after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for pickup on the next working day.
7. Document Drop Timeline
   
   Documents collected for processing will be dispatched for drop-off on the next working day, unless otherwise coordinated in advance.
8. Office Collection/Drop-Off Option
   
   Customers are always welcome to collect or submit documents directly at our office during working hours—no service fee applies for self-handling.
